1. Purpose
These Terms of Service govern the use of the TravelWallet application, published by Studio104.
2. The service
TravelWallet centralizes your travel tickets and bookings: you forward your confirmation emails, and the service automatically extracts the relevant information and organizes it by trip.
3. Account
Creating an account requires a valid email address. You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential.
4. Acceptable use
You agree to forward only emails that belong to you and not to use the service for any unlawful or fraudulent purpose, or in a manner that infringes the rights of third parties.
5. Your content
You remain the owner of the documents you forward. You grant us only the technical right to store and process them in order to provide you with the service.
6. Availability and liability
The service is provided “as is”. Automated extraction may contain errors: always verify critical information (times, gates, references) against your official documents. Studio104 shall not be held liable for any harm resulting from incorrectly extracted data or a temporary unavailability of the service.
7. Termination
You may delete your account at any time (see the Account Deletion page). We may suspend an account in the event of a violation of these Terms of Service.
8. Governing law
These Terms of Service are governed by French law. Any dispute falls under the jurisdiction of the competent French courts.
