01Which tickets are recognized?
Train, flight, bus, ferry, hotel, concert, match, museum, restaurant… Any document with a barcode or QR code, and most confirmations without one. A ticket isn't recognized? Send it to us and we'll look.
02How do I add a ticket?
Forward the booking email to your trip's unique address, import the PDF, or take a photo of the ticket. Analysis takes a few seconds and each ticket lands in the right trip.
03Do my tickets work without a connection?
Yes. Every ticket is stored encrypted on your phone and shows full-screen at maximum brightness, even in airplane mode.
04How does it work for my family?
Create your trip's crew. Each ticket is assigned automatically to the right person from the passenger name and lands on their phone. Your kids' tickets stay on yours.
05What happens when the trip ends?
One day after the end date the trip becomes read-only and frees your free slot. Original files are deleted 14 days after the end date; the extracted tickets stay available. With Premium, you can reopen the trip until then.
06What do you do with my data?
It is used only to extract your tickets. We don't sell your data or your attention. You can delete your account and all your data from the app, anytime.
