Studio104 (“we”) is responsible for processing the personal data collected through the TravelWallet application and the gettravelwallet.com website.
Data we collect
- Account: email address and password (stored in hashed form).
- Booking emails: the emails you choose to forward to your private TravelWallet address, along with their attachments (tickets, PDFs).
- Extracted travel data: dates, times, references, and locations derived from your emails.
- Notifications: technical push notification token, if you enable them.
- Technical data: server logs (IP address, timestamp) required for the security and proper operation of the service.

What we don’t do
- We do not sell or rent your data.
- We do not display advertising.
- Your documents are processed solely to extract your travel data. Extraction is performed by Google (Gemini API); Google does not use your content to train its models.
Sub-processors
- Google Firebase (authentication, push notifications) — Google’s privacy policy.
- Google Cloud (Cloud Run, Cloud Storage; europe-west1 region, EU) — hosting of the application and your documents.
- Google (Gemini API) — automated extraction of your tickets and PDFs.
Retention periods
Your data is retained for as long as your account is active, then deleted within 30 days of account deletion, including backups.
Cookies
The gettravelwallet.com website does not use tracking cookies or advertising trackers.
Your rights
In accordance with the GDPR, you have the right to access, rectify, erase, port, restrict, and object to the processing of your data. To exercise these rights, contact: contact@gettravelwallet.com. You may also lodge a complaint with the CNIL (cnil.fr), the French data-protection authority, or your local data-protection authority.
