Delete your TravelWallet account
Open Travel Wallet, go to the Profile tab, and tap Delete my account. Confirm, and your account is deleted immediately — no email, no waiting.
If you no longer have access to the app, you can instead email contact@gettravelwallet.com from the address associated with your account, with the subject line “Account deletion”. We process the request within 7 days.
What is deleted
- Your account and your private forwarding address
- Your trips, tickets, and imported documents
- Your forwarded emails and their attachments
- Your preferences and notification tokens
Timeline
Data is deleted immediately from our active systems, and within 30 days from our backups.
Data retained
No personal data is retained after deletion, except for anonymized technical logs required by law.
